About The Doctor
Dr. Kendall Banning is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences (NUHS)- Doctor of Chiropractic program. During his time at NUHS, Dr. Banning, was actively involved with various groups at his school. He was president of the Motion Palpation Club, a Sports Rehab Club officer, and was on the Chiropractic Fraternity board. He also tutored anatomy, adjusting, and for various other rehabilitation courses at the school. In addition to the normal coursework required to graduate he also completed over 300 hours in continuing education seminars covering topics including:
• Treatment & Analysis of the full spine
• Treatment & Analysis of the upper extremities (arms)
• Treatment & Analysis of the lower extremities (legs)
• The biomechanics of walking and running
• Treatment & Analysis of golfers
• Treatment & Analysis of the throwing athlete
• 100 hours of training in acupuncture
• Soft tissue work including Active Release Technique (ART)
• Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
• The McKenzie Method
Dr. Banning is originally from Longmont, Colorado where his passion for chiropractic medicine began at a young age when he saw many of his teammates benefit from seeing a chiropractor after various sports injuries. Dr. Banning received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Bethany College where he graduated summa cum laude and was a 3-time Academic All American and captain of the BC Men’s Basketball Team.
Dr. Banning and his wife, Jade, have three children Rhett (8), Zan (6) and Bex (3). In Dr. Banning’s free time he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active and being involved in his community and church.
